This week on her popular daytime talk show, Wendy Williams has been opening up more and more about her divorce drama. But, instead of talking about her cheating soon-to-to-be ex, Kevin Hunter, Williams has been telling fans about how life has changed for her since filing for divorce, including the fact that her former nemesis Charlamagne tha God asked her out for a dinner date.
It has been one week since Williams served Hunter with divorce papers, and she told her audience this week that her phone hasn’t stopped ringing since the news broke. The 54-year-old added that DJ Boof also asked her out, so she might have a “double date” with the two men.

Meanwhile, Charlamagne dedicated his “Donkey of the Day” segment on his Breakfast Club radio show to Hunter and took the opportunity to slam his former friend. Charlamagne and Hunter have been feuding since 2010, when Hunter accused the radio host of trying to set up his mistress, Sharina Hudson, with a friend.
According to OK! Magazine, Charlamagne and Hunter haven’t spoken since, but he claims that Hunter has done everything he can to destroy his career.
“Did you really think you could go around treating people the way you treat them and not suffer any consequences from the universe all these years?” asked Charlamagne. “If you think people didn’t respect you when you were with Wendy, how do you think they’re going to feel about you now? All the more reason you should’ve been kissing Wendy’s feet and not Sharina Hudson’s a**.”
Charlamagne also called Hunter “nothing” without Williams.
The talk show diva allegedly kicked Hunter out of their house and fired him from his role as executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show after she filed for divorce, but some friends are afraid this drama could lead her to another relapse. An insider says that everyone around Williams thinks she is going to “crash and burn,” because she is alone, and has zero accountability, which the insider calls a “recipe for disaster.”

Last month, after Hunter welcomed a daughter with Hudson, Williams relapsed, and her staff found her drunk before taking her to the hospital. And, now that she is moving out of the sober house and into an apartment by herself, the insider says that it is ludicrous to think Williams won’t hit the bottle to deal with the drama.
The source explained that Hunter was Williams’ entire world for more than twenty years, and she is a struggling addict. However, everyone on her staff hates Hunter, and they are happy that she finally left him.
